All uploads are optional at this stage. You can add more later, or staff can collect them when they reach out.

Court documents

Don't have these yet? Here's how to find them.

Most pardon applications need your docket sheet for each conviction. You can pull them for free from the Pennsylvania courts portal.

  1. Go to the PA Unified Judicial System Case Search.
  2. Choose the Participant Name tab.
  3. Enter your name and date of birth, plus any offense info you remember.
  4. Open each case that's yours and click Docket Sheet (PDF) at the top right.
  5. Save the PDFs and upload them here.

If you can't find your records, that's OK. Skip this step and we'll help you pull them later.

PDFs preferred. You can select multiple files.

Other supporting documents

Letters of support, certificates, employment verification, photo ID, etc. Optional.

Submit and terms

Two things to read and acknowledge before you send your request.

Please read carefully.

Do Moore Good is not a legal entity and is not affiliated with the Pennsylvania Board of Pardons. We do not provide legal advice or legal services.

We are a volunteer-based program that provides peer support, helps you organize your application, and connects you to educational resources about the pardon process. We do not have control over the outcome of your pardon application; the Board of Pardons and the Governor of Pennsylvania make those decisions.

If you need legal advice about your case, please consult a licensed attorney.

How we use AI.

To save time, we sometimes use an AI tool from Google to help us read through court documents and the information you share, and to put it into a short summary for our team. A real person, your pardon coach and a Do Moore Good staff member, reviews everything. The AI is a helper, not a decision-maker.

The AI we use is a private version that runs inside our own Google account (called "Google Vertex AI"). Under Google's terms for this service, your information is not shown to the public, is not sold, and is not used to train Google's AI models. It is only used to answer our questions about your case.

In short: a computer helps us read your paperwork faster, but only our team sees the result, and Google does not get to use what you share.
